Come rain or shine, I have to go for my daily run.
The only time I allow myself to skip a run is when the weather is actually dangerous.
So even though it was pouring outside, I went for my run.
After all:
Don't the Danish say there's no such thing as bad weather? Only bad clothing choices?'
But even though I dressed for the occasion I still got soaked.
Big time.

Even though I put on layers and this yellow running vest, when I got home I actually had to change out of my running clothes immediately. Even my bra was dripping with rain.
So if the Danish are right, and there's no such thing as bad weather, I definitely chose the wrong kind of clothing for running in the rain.

Oh, I've definitely gotten soaked a few times on a run. And run a half in a Nor'Easter once. Rain can be nice in Summer -- not so great in late Fall!
I've also gotten soaked while out on a run. I've run a race (Nashville, TN) in the pouring rain. I was not a happy camper but I had no choice.
