Even though most mornings I have a hard time getting myself out the door for my daily run, once I'm out there it's always worth it.
And now that it's Summer there's a lot of beautiful things to see during my runs.
Like the poppies in the picture above that grow on the side of the road.

And how about this:
It's like they're forming a gate.
Running doesn't have to be boring.
It's a matter of smelling or seeing the flowers : )

Gorgeous flowers love the pink feathery one. Good for you to go running. Wish my knee would hold up to a run (had a knee replacement) so its not on the cards now.

I've never seen poppies like that before. The primrose is so delicate and pretty. It's a lovely place to run.
