'Let the music move you!' that's my motto as a runner. Besides, I can use all the help I can get to keep my body moving. And so I always run while listening to Country and Western songs. I just love the stories they tell.

One of my favourites is a duet by Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn, As soon as I hang up the phone, that starts with the sound of a phone ringing. I've always felt that song would make a great ringtone, so you can imagine my excitement when I found a website that helps you create free ringtones from your own music!

You can even choose a particular part of the song, down to the 1/10th of a second, and it works with all kinds of cellphones. I think music tells a lot about a person, and so does someone's ringtone.

I've already got a free ringtone planned for hubby: 'Help' from the Beatles. That way when I get tired during a run, I can call him without having to speak. The Beatles will tell him: 'Help, I need somebody! Help!'
