Sure, you can spend lots of money on running clothes and shoes. But you can also run in a spiffy pair of slacks teamed with a dress shirt and tie.
That's what president Obama did!
And he looked in fine form while running around the White House too.

Visiting from SITSgirls, hehehe, saw this on the news too, thought it was great that they are encouraging us to get up and MOVE!!!!! Your other post about running in the dark with no reflective clothing is just so sad. My teen is a runner, and my other a horse rider, they both wear bright clothing when participating in their sport. For the runner the brighter the better, she loves florescent clothing....
