Wordless Wednesday (well almost!)
I've been reading about the benefits of yoga for runners, and after trying several kinds I've signed up for 10 yoga lessons. My love for yoga is still fragile, but I already love the tea afterwards!

I love yoga. I enjoy it mainly for the stretching and flexibility. My husband had back surgery last year and while he complains throughout our sessions he does feel better. If you want free sessions check out Tara Stiles. Absolutely love her youtube vids. {stopping by from 5 minutes for mom}
