I have to run in the morning
But for me, running in the morning is the only way to go. Because if I don't, I have this nagging feeling, I should. And that feeling won't leave me alone, until I've done my run. Because of my mind, I'm a morning runner.
My body prefers to run in the evenings
However, my body prefers the evenings. Whenever I happen to run around seven o'clock in the evening, I'm always amazed at how easy it is. And how my pace is much faster! I love my accidental evening runs. But my mind is the boss of my body, so morning runs it is.
I'm a morning runner, even though my body prefers to be an evening runner.

Hey...makes sense to me! Only a funny mama would get that logic.
Keep laughing and Happy New year!

Love that logic!
I am not a runner, but a 'walker' and like you I have to get out in the morning. It's so true that your head plays games with you and in order to have peace, we must listen to that inner voice. Happy Fall, Suzanne.
