But I hate it when I'm caught in the act of taking a break! Yesterday I went for a run with some new running music, and I got all fired up by 'Is this the way to Amarillo?' and ran way too fast. I got so tired I had to walk the final mile.
And that's when I suddenly heard this voice shouting: 'Hey Jones! You gotta keep the pace up!' I looked up, and there stood my cousin Hank (50), in his soccer uniform. I gave an embarrassed little wave, and set off in a half hearted trot.
But when I ran home, I made sure 'Is this the way to Amaryllo' was playing when I passed my cousin Hank again!

Just to say...before I was preggers I ran loved running BUT didn't want people to see me all stinky. Esp since my running often involved spitting.
