I read this article in Runner's World that said women prefer to run with others.
The social element of running is very important to women.
To prove their point they mentioned the large number of ladies runs.
I like to run solo
A bit embarassed I remembered getting lost last Sunday because I quickly ran into the woods, to avoid a group of male runners running my way.
As a runner I'm not a big fan of company.
The only company I want is myself.
Are you a solo runner, or a group runner?

I'm definitely a solo runner. But I do enjoy running with my husband when we get the chance. It's a nice time to catch up.
By myself! Gives me time to think and / or listen to tunes (iPod) really, really loud! ; )
Definitely solo.
Thanks for your comments on my blog!
I love my solo runs, but I also go with a local group once a week, and it's great to chat and be distracted by conversation sometimes!
definitely solo. For one I like to listen to my ipod not talk. And secondly, I like to go at my own pace, at that varies from day to day depending on my mood - I don't want to be dictated to by some else's mood. I do like going for social walks though, but running is my 'me time'!! xxx
I agree on this;

Anyone that enjoys jogging or running knows how important it is to have a pair of shoes that are comfortable. There are assortments of shoes available that runners can choose from. For those that are interested in purchasing a pair of shoes that are both comfortable and can be used frequently for fitness you should check out http://www.goodrunningshoesguide.com/asics-gel-kayano-15.
Normally with a group. Or at least one other person. Every once in a while when I have to run alone...I like it!
