We were driving along, heading for a birthday party when we spotted a lone female runner. She was ploughing along, looking quite desperate and doing a very good impression of a snail taking an afternoon walk.
'Look!' my husband said encouragingly, 'she runs even slower than you do!'

Husbands can be great can't they LOL. At least you get out their and run, I jog on my Wii Fit, does that count??
Oh my goodness, I just busted out laughing. I'm going to think that each time I see someone running now.
I also burst out laughing! That might be something my son would say.. The last race they came too he said, "..Mommy we waited and waited and waited and you took FOREVER to come in.." God love a 6 year old.
I never knew there are a lot of "fit mommies" who blog out there. You inspire me. One of these days, when I become a Mom myself, I wanna be just like you. :)
